So, how should you best serve ALTD spirits?

Great question! Rather than us just tell you, over the next few weeks we’re going to show you how some of the best bars & restaurants in Sydney are serving us up. They’re all pretty straight forward to make so try them out & let us know what you think. Got a better way? We’d love to hear it.

Please note that ALTD Spirits does not support or condone the use of the word ‘mocktail’ in any sense (except to say it with a very displeased tone and shake of the head). There is nothing ‘mock’ about these bad boys.

The ALTD Martini

Our signature suggested serves are Martini’s. As cold & dry as possible. It’s the best way for people to experience all the flavours & the full strength of the spirit. It also avoids the problem that the ice brings when it melts or lots of added mixers dilutes the spirit. They are strong though – so be warned! If Martini’s don’t float your alco-free boat – our next blog on more G&T style suggestions might be more to your liking – you big softie. We love you though.

The ALTD Martini @ The Chophouse, Sydney & Parramatta

The Chophouse is a Sydney institution. For 10 years strong, it’s been serving up the best steaks known to all of humankind. The sterling wine, cocktail and alcohol-free drinks list was already nothing short of killer, but has indeed been given a little Sydney-centric boost with the recent addition of the ALTD Spirits Martini. They nail it as you’d expect – a highly recommended way to really experience our spirits.

1. Pour 60ml of ALTD Spirits into a cocktail shaker filled with ice

2. Shake vigorously & quickly – don’t leave it sitting in the shaker too long

3. Serve in a chilled martini glass

4. Garnish with a twist of either lemon, lime or pink grapefruit rind (run the rind along the rim too for bonus points).
